TERMS OF SERVICE
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & BINDING AGREEMENT
Welcome to Cricket Fast Live Line ('Company,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Cricket Fast Live Line mobile application (the 'App' or 'Services'), you ('User,' 'you') agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not unconditionally agree to every provision set forth herein, you must immediately cease using the App and uninstall it from all your mobile devices. These Terms constitute a valid and enforceable electronic legal contract between you and Cricket Fast Live Line, with legal domicile and jurisdiction in Wyoming, United States of America.
2. MANDATORY 18+ AGE RESTRICTION & POP-UP AFFIRMATIVE VERIFICATION
STRICT 18+ MANDATE: AGE GATE RESTRICTION: Our mobile application is strictly designated for adult users aged 18 years and above. Upon opening or launching the App, you will encounter a mandatory age-verification pop-up modal asking whether you are at least 18 years of age. You cannot proceed to view any match scores, commentary, or analytical features without selecting 'I am 18 or Older' (or an equivalent affirmative action).
Legal Warranty of Age: By tapping, clicking, or affirmatively interacting with the 18+ acceptance dialog:
• Affirmative Representation: You expressly warrant, represent, and certify under penalty of applicable state and federal laws that you are at least 18 years of age (or have attained the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Prohibition of Minors: If you are under 18 years old, you are legally forbidden from tapping the acceptance button, accessing, or using the application.
• Immediate Termination for Misrepresentation: Any attempt to bypass, circumvent, tamper with, or fraudulently confirm the age verification mechanism constitutes a severe violation of these Terms, resulting in immediate revoking of your access license.
• Parental and Guardian Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cricket Fast Live Line disclaims all legal liability for unauthorized access by minors resulting from fraudulent affirmations or failure of parental supervision.
3. NO ACCOUNT CREATION, NO SIGN-UP, NO PASSWORDS
Cricket Fast Live Line is deliberately engineered as a friction-free, public mobile utility. You are not required—and indeed are not permitted—to create an account, register a user profile, provide an email address, link your social media credentials, or set up passwords to access the primary features of the App. We do not maintain user profile databases, login directories, or password repositories. All core functionality, including live scores, statistical tables, and sports commentary feeds, is accessible openly without personal identification.
4. NATURE OF SERVICE & INFORMATIONAL DISCLAIMER
Informational Scope: The App provides real-time cricket updates, live scoreboards, match commentary, historical figures, session data, team line-ups, and informational sports odds for analytical and entertainment purposes only.
• No Real-Money Gambling: Cricket Fast Live Line does NOT accept, facilitate, take, or place sports bets, wagers, or real-money gaming transactions. We are purely an informational sports news and statistics application.
• Analytical Odds: Any reference to session markers, runs, odds, or match probabilities is provided solely for entertainment, analytical discussion, and news reporting. Users are advised to adhere strictly to all local laws regarding sports news and gaming in their respective territories.
• Latency and Accuracy: While we strive to deliver instantaneous real-time match data, network latency, broadcast delays, and third-party feed discrepancies may cause slight delays or inaccuracies. We disclaim any guarantee of uninterrupted transmission or zero-error real-time accuracy.
5. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS & EXTERNAL LINKS
The App may display third-party advertisements, banner ads, interstitial promotional graphics, or web links served by third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdMob). We do not endorse, sponsor, warrant, or verify the authenticity, reliability, or legality of any external products, services, platforms, or applications promoted in such third-party advertisements. Your decision to click on any advertisement or engage with a third-party vendor is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Cricket Fast Live Line shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for transactions, claims, damages, or disputes arising between you and third-party advertisers.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
Ownership: All software code, database architecture, design layouts, graphics, icons, visual user interfaces, editorial commentary, trademarks, and logos contained within the App are the exclusive property of Cricket Fast Live Line or its authorized licensors and are protected under United States and international intellectual property laws.
Limited License: Subject to your complete compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the App on your mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial use. You shall NOT reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, screen-scrape, harvest, distribute, modify, lease, sell, or create derivative works based upon the App or its proprietary content without our express prior written authorization.
7. DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA) COMPLIANCE
DMCA Policy: We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you are a copyright holder or an agent thereof and believe that any content displayed on the App infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Representative at:

Your Notice Must Include:
1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Precise description and identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Specific identification of the material in the App that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information for us to locate it.
4. Your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
8. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Should Cricket Fast Live Line offer optional premium subscriptions or in-app feature unlocks (such as ad-free viewing or advanced statistical tools), all financial billing and payments are handled exclusively by the Google Play Store (via your authorized Google Account). We do not process, collect, or store your credit card, bank account, or payment credentials. All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the active billing cycle. Refunds, cancellations, and subscription adjustments are governed strictly by Google Play's standard terms and policies.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE UNITED STATES LAW, THE APP AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES, FEATURES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. Cricket Fast Live Line DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR COMPLETELY FREE OF BUGS, DELAYS, VIRUSES, OR HARDWARE INCOMPATIBILITIES.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Cricket Fast Live Line, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) TO ACCESS THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cricket Fast Live Line, its corporate affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal and attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the App; (c) your fraudulent representation regarding your age; or (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION (WYOMING, USA)
These Terms, along with all disputes, controversies, or legal actions arising out of or related to this App, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate state and federal courts situated within the State of Wyoming, USA, for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising hereunder.
